Sam is our first point of contact and makes sure we’re all in the right place at the right time. She also coordinates training, arranges travel and manages administration. We’d be lost without her.
I love working in the Starr team, my colleagues are amazing and talented, and I enjoy reading the fantastic feedback we receive from clients, or from people who hear Julie at open events. I’m seeing interest in what we do grow, and I’m convinced that’s because people need this type of work to counteract/cope with all the change happening. I’ve worked with Starr for 10 years and many of our wonderful clients have been with us all that time. There have been some truly mad moments along the way, we laugh and describe my role as ‘broad and varied’ –actually I wouldn’t change anything!
