FROM PAUL
“…the challenge of leadership, and therefore the challenge for the coach, is to help unlock people’s potential to maximise their performance. From experience, the impact of that person’s performance upon their organisation, their clients and their workplace can be transformational.”
COACHING FOCUS
Paul understands the range of issues confronting leaders of complex organisations. He combines that unique understanding with a deep curiosity for what works – and his own energy and commitment – helping to lever practical actions for tangible performance improvement. His focus frequently aligns personal goals with organisational strategy, maximising personal impact. He also relishes the challenge of helping individuals to develop personal resilience through periods of change and transition.
Awarded a CBE in the 2009 Queen’s Birthday Honours, Paul studied with The School of Coaching and is accredited at senior practitioner level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
