I love that our clients are interested in the mindset and engagement of their people, not simply their skills and ability. Previously I’d thought that the move was away from classroom learning or one-to-one coaching, towards digital delivery of learning, however high impact, classroom sessions seem to be making a comeback. I suspect companies have realised that whilst digital has its place, that to have people get together – away from the job – and learn within a group, is more enriching and higher impact overall.
